JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Driving Financial performance and metrics across the business verticals and plants.
- Working closely with the Finance Controllers, Finance Head and APO Team to monitor and regulate performance, analyze results, suggest corrective measures.
- Being FP&A Analyst must be able to workout Close and Forecast reporting to Internal and external customers which majorly includes, Variance walk preparation and analysis, Volume reporting, Key Task tracking and reporting, Financial results to Directors/APO.
- Cash flow analysis and improvement planning and reporting.
- Maintain upward and downward communication for budgeting and forecasting processes and work with Finance team to create efficient reporting timeline.
- Work with CFTs, CFO and Functional Heads, to drive strategy and strategic planning of the segment.
- Work out end to end Annual Budget/Plan and Long-Range Plan with CFTs and handle compete analysis and reporting to management including presentation.
- Support ad/hoc HFM requirements
- Own the finance cadence across business units, functions and segments.
