QUALIFICATION - B.Com/M.Com

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION - CMA Inter

EXPERIENCE - 4 To 6 Years

LOCATION - Pune

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

• GRN Record
• GRN sheet preparation with all details
• GRN sheet reconcile with internal ERP base software
• GRN queries raise to purchase team

• Entries Check with system
• Invoice booking in internal ERP base software

• Stock Taking
• Preparation of stock file
• Taking of bought of stock issued for project but not used for it.
• Preparation of WIP stock file
• Bank stock file preparation

•  Fixed Asset record
• Fixed asset file preparation
• Capital asset request file maintain

• Project Cost Sheet Preparation
• Update Sales sheet
• Update cost of sales sheet
• Update all operating cost.
• Preparation of WIP sheet
• Consolidated sheet updating
• Reports
• CW sheet updating
• Cash flow updating
• Booking monthly Provision entries
