VACANCY DETAILS :-

POST NAME - Associate Billing & MIS

QUALIFICATION - B.Com

EXPERIENCE - 2 To 4 Years

LOCATION - Bangalore 

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

• Preparing service entries for all FM services 

• Creating RO, WO for out of scope jobs. 

• Checking invoices of vendors as per the agreed compliances 

• MIS on Bill Status to NHQ and Zonal vendors. 

• Prepare OOS tracker on day to day basis 

• Supporting NHQ team on various MIS. 

• Follow-up with vendors for bill submission, vendor code creation, article code creation/extension for creation of WO's 

• Courier all certified bills to NHQ. 

• Responds to special requests from internal customers. 

• Support State team for various report preparation
