JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Extensive knowledge of computerized accounting.
- Timely verification and accounting of all the vendor bills/invoices and recovery of advances, if any in ERP.
- Timely Accounting of all bank and Cash payments, Reconciliation of Bank account/(s), and handling Petty cash at plant.
- Periodical scrutiny of Ledger accounts. Preparation of GST Statement, Stock Statement etc.
- Keeping track of all monthly routine payments including Processing and verification of travel and conveyance claims of employees.
- Any other work assigned by management.
