The required profile is that of a Finance Manager / Business Controller that will support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives and optimize business performance.
ACTIVITIES
· Responsible for the monthly deliverables, including closings, forecast, and Reporting of Group Financial Reporting package within defined timelines.
· Ensure all direct and indirect tax compliances are followed, experience on maintenance of tax records, GST manufacturing returns, processing GST /Tax refunds
· Support and assist team members in periodic / monthly FI Closing matters such as Reconciliation matters in Banking, Account Receivables, and Account Payables, inter-company reconciliations, expense accruals, provisions, revenue recognition, loss order provisions, warranty provisions, foreign exchange valuation.
· Perform Period end Closing activities in Controlling viz. Order closing, WIP calculations, Variance analysis, Standard costing, cost distribution, definition of overhead costing rates, COPA settlement.
· Closely monitor relevant KPIs to push for effectiveness of cost structure and productivity
· Critical member in supervising Periodic Audit closing and liaison with audit partner in Annual Statutory Audit, Cost Audit, Internal Audit, experience of coordination in closing audit requirements.
· Continuously improve and suggest new ideas on how to optimize profitability and reduce product costing
