JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Responsible for maintaining up to date and correct test costing
- Generate Insights and Drive actionable outcomes by independent analysis of consumption for reagents, chemicals and consumables at:
- Lab level
- Test level
- Test Department level
- Geography
- Preparation of Monthly MIS for material consumption for discussion with the stakeholders
- Preparation of Cost audit schedules as per the requirements and Co-ordination with the auditor for completion of Cost audit
- Support in quarterly statutory audit / limited review for consumption, inventory, tests not reported and other schedules
- Analysis of Gross margin and contribution at test level
- Pricing for new tests and new customers
- Deep dive into abnormal variances in consumption costs to identify the root cause
- Discuss with stakeholders and identify reasons for variance
- Perform Competitor benchmarking for test pricing and material costing
