JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Indian GAAP accounting, handling of statutory auditors.
- Preparation of monthly MIS (P&L and Balance sheet), including variance analysis
- Month end reconciliation, Bank reconciliations etc
- Basic understanding on USGAAP
- Preparation of annual budget / strategic plans
- Setup and analysis of standard costs
- Experience in Internal Control / SOX
