VACANCY DETAILS :-

POST NAME - Assistant Manager Commercial
QUALIFICATION - CA/CMA
EXPERIENCE - 01 To 05 Years
LOCATION - Mumbai

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

1. Supervise and Support Region Commercial

  • Close Coordination with Regional / Channel Commercial Team
  • Liaison with regional/Channel Sales Manager and sales team
  • Define process for commercial / distributor controls at Regions
  • Ensure strong credit controls and timely collection
  • Follow up and maintain tracker for C Forms at National level

2. Distributor claims and Analysis

  • Ensure timely submission and processing of Distributor Claims
  • Prepare and present monthly claim Analysis
  • Review distributor closing inventory levels
  • Highlighting improvement opportunities
  • Ensure quarterly Distributor balance confirmation and reconciliations

3. Audits and Controls

  • Timely audits of CFA and Distributor points to ensure controls
  • Highlight improvement area
  • Review CFA inventory and highlight risk areas
  • Work closely with Logistics team to ensure commercial hygiene at CFAs

4. Business MIS

Monthly region commercial tracker highlighting key achievements and controls at regions

Sales analysis with insites on Category / Geography performance

Review of S&D and Trade Marketing spending against AOP on monthly basis

5. Distributor Management System

  • Play key role in implementation of DMS
  • Understand whole concept and DMS buildup
  • Create region champions ensuring smooth implementation at Regions
  • Coordinate closely with IT and Sales Team

6. Network management & support to Business

Liaison with inter/intra-departments / Head Office for various requirements

Ensure continuity of process and support business

7. Audit coordination both Statutory as well Internal audit

8. Leverage SAP
