JOB DESCRIPTION :-
1. Renewal Collection process & Suspense Analysis
- Responsible for handling renewal collection portfolio of more than 5000 + crores
- Control mechanism to ensure the renewal collection are correctly accounted for as per the premium received
- Monitoring the ECS receipting , which is around 60% of collection with adequate controls
- Proper receipting the other collection avenues and liaising with the partner banks
- Ensuring the TATs are maintained at highest level with proper customer centric approach
- Ensuring the communications are triggered accurately with proper reconciliation done , for any issues to take it with respective stakeholders in resolving them
- Managing a team of 4 to 5 person and driving the best from them
- Reconciling the Suspense account on regular basis and see no customer unwanted money is lying with company
- Ensuring controls and mechanism to restrict the generation of suspense
- Liaising with Vendors and partners ensuring a smooth collection process
2. Service Quality Assurance – Head
- Ensuring highest quality of Service Quality Assurance with zero leakage
- Ensuring the policy Servicing process are run as per the Guidelines as laid by IRDAI
- Proper Quality check of payouts and service request with smart sampling
- Regular monitoring RCSA and highlighting for nay process deviation
- Periodically auditing the process and taking to a logical closure
- Identifying the risk area and suggestion of process improvement
- Handling departmental audits conducted by Statutory Auditor , Internal Auditor , IFC audits etc
- Handling the IRDAI Inspection by IRDAI
- Ensuring the communication are triggered as per the events and proper reconciliation done, for any issues to take it with respective stakeholders in resolving them
