JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Check and keep track of Cost accounting areas to improve performance and reduce cost
- Cost accounting regulation compliances
- Cost analysis for all the parts to keep control on the cost
- Participate in weight measurement with operating team to finalise the parts weight
- Analysis of rejections, additional tasks of recheck and rework to control and mitigations
- Perform Standard cost run and release for the month close with analysis for each of the parts
- Data collection, field estimating, productivity analysis and budget forecasting comply with company requirements
- Identify and report operational deficiency
- Perform analytical activities to ensure accurate costing reporting
- Keep track of changes in BOM, Routing of the existing parts
- Align with operating team on the creation of new parts with BOM and Routing
- Cost working for existing and new parts to have margin analysis and take steps to control cost
- Control on new assets creation, cost center and works center creation and mapping
- Control on Stock counts, periodical physical verification of stock and assets
- Must have working in SAP environment
- Any other activities as may be assigned by the departmental in-charge
