With a vision of 'Creating Delightful Food experiences', FieldFresh Foods offers a range of food and beverage products under the Del Monte brand in India and select SAARC countries, while exporting fresh and processed vegetables like Baby Corn, Sweet Corn, Chillies etc to UK and western Europe. 1. Closely work with business to ensure delivery of key KPIs eg Revenue, Supplies, Profitability
2. Tracking of margins with the business
3. Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance
4. Handling customer accounts ensuring timely collection and reconciliations
5. Drive Business Strategy
6. Providing effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered
7. Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams
8. Managing subsidies on the produce with the business
9. To lead the month and year end processes within the business in line with the organisations deadlines, ensuring all accrual and prepayments are made in line with financial procedures.
10. Investigate and report on budgetary variances, identifying any remedial action that needs to be taken
11. Coordinate with internal and external audit and ensure follow up and implementation of matters arising.
