KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Vendor Reconciliations:
- ABC Classification of vendors
- Finalization of frequency of vendor reconciliation with category team and internal auditors
- Reconciliation of trade vendors as agreed above
- Resolution of vendor disputes coming out of reconciliations
- Obtaining Vendor Balance Confirmation
- Preparation of schedules for audit
- Agreement finalization and Compliance of trade vendors other Income
- Sending all debit notes to vendors
- Accounting of Other Income ,Concessionaire & SOR
- Attending vendor and category queries
