MANAGER ACCOUNTS VACANCY FOR CA\CMA AT HDFC LIFE INSURANCE

VACANCY DETAILS :-

POST NAME - Manager Accounts
QUALIFICATION - CA\CMA
EXPERIENCE - 4 To 7 Years
CTC - 8 To 14 LPA
LOCATION - Mumbai

JOB DESCRIPTION :- 
  • Daily MIS monitoring including TATs for the documents processed highlighting deviations.
  • Regular FRs analysis, trending and process improvement to reduced FR’s
  • Daily reports on Documents posted by HGS and its related payment position
  • PAN India query resolution/stake holder management
  • Periodic site visit as vendor location
  • Surprise inspections / Random checking
  • Managing operational issues faced by HGS where actionable lies with HDFC Life
  • Discussion with HGS Team for improvements in process and adapting best practices followed by other clients
  • Periodic quality checks and process adherence of vouchers/reimbursement claims processed by HGS (quality check with regards to process adherence, maintenance of records, GL/CC selections etc)
  • Flashing of outliers observed during the audit check report and flashing on weekly basis observations during the audit checks.
  • Monthly provisioning details to consolidation team for reimbursement claims/Zonal bills
  • Submission of monthly reports to taxation department – GST
  • Priority management for FRs related to SVP and above
  • Coordination with HGS for sending documents to record keeping agency on periodic basis
  • Periodic Governance meetings with the vendor to monitor performance and identify areas of improvement
  • Certifying invoices submitted by the vendor wrt accuracy and service levels as per signed service level agreements
