NumberTree Assurance Services is a firm focused on Techno Commercial Audit of Infrastructure Projects. We are Construction Site Auditors. We perform Construction Site Audits of EPC & BOT Road Projects, Tunnel & Bridge Projects, Industrial Projects, Metro & Rail Projects, Water Treatment Plants, Power Projects, Transmission and Distribution Projects, Real Estate – Residential & Commercial Projects, Institutional and Civil Projects.

We, the construction site auditors, are the project manager’s right hand on major projects. We provide support to Project manager by verifying the details of project cost, providing analysis of alternatives, evaluating billings, checking the work done by the subcontractors, evaluation of the SOP’s, systems and internal controls, suggesting improvement in systems and procedures including documentation, Industry benchmarking, checking frauds and Theft and wastages.

Our audits can start at the conceptual proposal stage, during active construction, at substantial completion or after close out. We have recovered millions as cost saving for our clients. With our cost control recommendations, reduced millions of construction costs. Our reports and recommendations helped in preventing unnecessary costs, Identified & investigated frauds of various nature.
We have recovered substantial over-billed costs of the project which has already been audited by Third Party Organizations / Internal – External Auditors.

VACANCY DETAILS :-

POST NAME - Internal Auditor

QUALIFICATION - CA\CMA

EXPERIENCE - 1 To 3 Years

LOCATION - Delhi, Mumbai

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

1. Looking for candidates from the Infrastructure and Construction Organization or at least one or two projects handled in Infrastructures Organization.
2. Looking for candidates handling core internal audits.
3. Looking for candidates who can travel anywhere in pan India level as well as international level
4. Evaluate the effectiveness of the company's internal control framework in addressing risks.
5. Conducting periodic Process & System Audit, Operation Audit, Management Audit, and Compliance Audit as per the Annual Audit Plan.
6. Ensure compliance with the Standard Operating Procedures of the Company.
7. Undertake surprise audit/investigations as required by management.
8. Coordinate with the unit auditors and prepare the consolidated report on the key issues.
