Green Gas Limited is a Joint Venture of GAIL (India) Ltd. and Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. incorporated on 7th October 2005 as a limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 with the objective of taking up City Gas Distribution. Green Gas Limited was initially authorized for CGD network in Lucknow and Agra and further in 9th round of CGD Bidding by PNGRB , GGL has been authorised for 2 new Geographical Areas – Faizabad & Sultanpur Districts and Unnao (Except area already authorized).

POST NAME - Officer Finance

QUALIFICATION - CA\CMA\MBA (Finance)

EXPERIENCE - Nil

CTC - 4.80 LPA

AGE LIMIT - 35 Years

LOCATION - Lucknow

JOB DESCRIPTION :- 

i. Responsible for handling Capex / Project related accounts payable and accounting of all Capex activities as per IND AS provisions. 

ii. Accounting of Project-related capital expenditure as per IND-AS provisions. 

iii. Knowledge of Accounting, Audit, Statutory Compliances & Taxation. 

iv. Manage day to day operation relating to accounts payable/accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, capitalization of fixed assets as per accounting provisions. 

v. MIS & Financial Analysis and Support to Functions.
