POST NAME - Manager Accounts

QUALIFICATION - CA 

EXPERIENCE - 2 To 4 Years 

LOCATION - Mumbai

JOB DESCRIPTION :- 

• Quarterly and Annual closing of India based entities
• Preparation of B/S & P&L schedules as per Ind AS.
• Preparation of Cash flow
• Analytical analysis and review of financial numbers
• BPC knowledge – submission of financials / details for consolidation
• Review of various schedules and ensure correctness e.g Freight/ Power & fuel/ Rates & taxes / Forex / Consumption
• Continuous evaluation of contracts under IND AS 116 with regard to new contracts entered/ expired/renewal and complete working for all ROU and lease liabilities and preparing journal entries
• Impairment Analysis - Coordination with SGO team for budget data/ projection and basis that impairment working and analysis for Plant / Goodwill.
• Review and critical analysis of contingent liability
• Merger / Demerger / restructuring related support and activity – financial recasting and support
• Preparation of Unit wise / Plant wise profit and loss.
