POST NAME - Senior Taxation Officer

QUALIFICATION - CA\CMA

EXPERIENCE - 3 To 5 Years

LOCATION - Mumbai

JOB DESCRIPTION :- 

1. Ensuring compliance with regards to

• Preparation of quarterly TDS/TCS statements/returns.
• Data compilation and coordination with different teams for monthly TDS/TCS payments.
• Ensuring compliance with sections like 194, 194-O, 206C etc.
• Overview & MIS for Domestic TDS Receivable as per Form 26AS and reconciliation of Form 26AS with books of accounts.
• Preparation of Form 67 for Overseas TDS on yearly basis along with maintaining Section 90 certificates.

2. Handling income-tax compliances on Foreign Remittances - preparation and filing of Form 15CA/15CB with coordination with external consultant.

3. Ensuring monthly and quarterly MIS Reporting, monthly budgeting.

4. Data compilation and preparation of details for Advance tax computation, tax provisioning, contingent liability for quarterly payment/reporting.
