Mr Shrikant Badve established in 1989 a Small Manufacturing Unit at Aurangabad with a space of about 150 sqft, with 3 workmen and the Annual Turnover was a meagure Rs. 1 Lakh. Today, that Small Seed has grown into a Fully Grown Tree, this Badve Engineering Group having its presence in almost all parts of India, with more than 20 Manufacturing Plants. Processes include Sheet Metal Fabrication and Surface Treatments – Painting, Electro Plating ; Plastic Moulding and Painting. The Group mainly manufactures Auto Components and Aggregates for 2W, 3W and 4W Manufacturers, Components for Home Appliances and also Helmets under JV with Vemar of Italy. Major Outputs are Exhaust Systems, Chassis and Frame Assemblies for 2W, 3W, 4W and other Vehicles.

JOB DESCRIPTION :-

1. Preparation of Customers Quotes and Product & Process costing
2. Cost study of Parts with respect of Actual cost incurring and Monitoring any Variances.
3. Supplier Costing
4. Preparation of Transfer Price of Parts for Inter Unit Transfer.
5. Machine Hour Rate calculation based on actual Cycle Time study.
6. Monitor of Periodically RM amendments and update Costings accordingly.
7. Preparation of Project Reports for New Business.
8. Cycle time / Manpower study to control plan vs actual
9. Capex approvals.
10. BOM analysis and updation
