QUALIFICATION - CA\CMA
EXPERIENCE - 1 To 2 Years
LOCATION - Gurgaon
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- Checking calculation of commission payable to Insurance agents on fortnightly basis
- Handling payroll and control over employee claim reimbursements processed by third party vendor.
- Analyzing and resolving queries of Insurance agents and employees within specified TAT
- Preparation of relevant schedules, provisions and MIS reports for closing of Financials on monthly basis
- Preparation of data for meeting statutory compliances related to IRDA, Income tax, GST, PF, ESIC etc.
- Handling various audits (Statutory, Internal, Compliance, IRDA etc.) for areas related to Commission / Payroll
- Continuous process improvements through new initiatives and review of existing practices / policies
