JOB DESCRIPTION :-
Maintain All Accounting voucher entries (Day to Day accounting).
Maintain Bank Reconciliation and Reconciliation of Debtors & Creditors.
Making Vendors Payments through online banking (NEFT/RTGS etc.)
Passing entries for Prepaid Expenses, Outstanding Expenses and Interest Accrued etc.
Preparing Periodic Sox Reconciliation statement as per the group reporting requirements
Preparing Inventory Reconciliation and share with team if any discrepancy in stock
Handling Month end activates before Month end cut offs.
Verify evidence to all transactions having financial impact.
Preparing Sox Reconciliation and submitted on Black line site on monthly basis.
Purchase reconciliation preparing for Statutory audit report.
Sales register maintenance with reconciliation for Statutory audit.
Flux Analysis report prepared on monthly basis and share with finance controllers
Black line reporting of Bank Recon for Group Companies
Company data updated in Tax Bulletin with help of Finance controllers
Statutory Audit related activities
Prepare Financial Statement and schedules for statutory audit
Ledger Scrutiny.
Assisting in Tax Audit.
Assisting in Preparation of Audit report.
Assisting in Transfer Pricing report.
Tax related activities
TDS Working & Payment before due date in every month.
Inward and Outward supplies details providing to GST Team along with Supporting and GL Dump.
GST Payment as per liability.
Advance tax working on quarterly basis.
26AS Reconciliation with ledgers.
Assist tax team in regarding tax related notices.
Assist tax team in regarding tax related notices.
