JOB DESCRIPTION :-

1. Preparation of Mfg. spends & RM inventory MIS.
2. Control over Budget vs actual on reportable parameters.
3. Functional support to HOD in various new initiatives like Cost reduction in Mfg. & supply chain, update for senior management, etc.
4. Variance analysis of Mfg. spends & inventory.
5. Physical verification of Inventory & PI process control.
6. Ensuring Internal controls & check - COSO requirements.
7. Monitoring of In-house capacity & utilization.
8. Bring control on quality of inventory & monitor material disposal process, BOM variance, FOC, Non BOM consumption, etc.
9. Budget preparation for division.
10. Analyzing financial data, P&L & B/S items.
11. Evaluation of Capex proposals.

Responsible for Monthly, quarterly & yearly book closing related to capex.

Depreciation & Capex Cash flow Estimates.

Capex & Intangible budgeting.

Capex & Intangible budgeting.

Validation of Special capex proposals.

Handling Statutory Audit, Tax Audit & Internal Audit

Handling Statutory Compliances like ICFR, COSO, Transfer Pricing, reconciliation of GST Mismatches, etc.

Closely working with Asset management & Corporate Project team for getting project approvals on half yearly basis.

Responsible for accounting of Imported Capex & Material & related MIS eg: Revaluation

2. Monitoring all discounts & Incentive scheme and their disbursements. Compliance with Tax rules and other statutory compliances
3. Preparation, Deployment & Review of Budget - Variable Cost
4. Working Capital Management - Receivables
5. Tracking and Action for Improvement in Dealer's Own Fund.
6. Preparation and implementation of Policies on Dealer's Credit, Cash discounts, PDD & other Sales & Marketing related policies.
7. Resolve queries related to Dealer, AO, HO Sales & Marketing Team
8. Work closely with Quality team, track and action savings in Warranty Cost.
9. Monitoring Brand (Marketing) Spend and Dealer Development cost
