3. Liaise with statutory auditors to discuss open audit issues and ensure timely closure thereof. Ensuring Nil audit observations in Audit report of overseas entities.
4. Analysing and posting Consolidation adjustments.
5. Review of Statutory auditor’s audit committee presentation
6. Preparation of Annual report and XBRL filing
7. Preparation and review of Monthly Consolidated Financials for reporting to Senior management.
8. Assisting with acquisition and disposal accounting and business transfer review.
9. Liaising with entities around the world to provide guidance and advice on technical accounting and Group policy requirement.
10. Ensuring Intercompany transactions and balances are reconciled and eliminated on monthly, quarterly and Annual basis.
