JOB DESCRIPTION :-
- SAP knowledge
- Ensure compliance of statutory requirements relating to all GST rules and regulations applicable to the company.
- Reconciliation of GST output tax liability for payment of GST
- Reconciliation of ITC availed with the data reflecting in GST portal available thru GSTR-2A/2B with inward register. Periodical process of ITC reconciliation is required to verify the correctness of the ITC availed and to avoid the loss of ITC and to avoid the possibility of getting notices in future.
- Reconciliation of E-way bills data downloaded from GST portal with outward register (GSR-1)
- GST Returns Filing - GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B to be filed before due dates.
- Preparing the details for handling GST notices received from commercial tax department and managing any queries, inquiry etc. by tax authorities on the company. Representing company before GST authorities for proceeding and getting the verification of input tax credit completed with least possible disallowance.
- Preparing details for GST audits and handling the queries raised by the officer and close the same well before the due dates mentioned in the notice.
- Preparation and response/action for periodic/yearly internal/statutory audits requirements and responding to all audit queries of statutory/internal auditors with respect to all GST matters.
- Preparing the details and assisting in handling of VAT notices received from commercial tax department.
- Preparing the export documentation
- Preparing the details for payment of profession tax / ESIC and filing the PT return.
- Updating notices/orders in the litigation module/updating compliance module
- Handling of Insecticide /Trade Licence, Shop & Establishment and other statutory licences for sales business units
