JOB DESCRIPTION :-
(2) Initiate and guide the preparation of forecasts of companys revenue, working capital, expenditure and return on investment.
(3) Manage corporate finance, Monitor budgets and variances and responsible for tracking the policy decisions taken by the governments and their impact on the business.
(4) Involved in formulation of various systems, policies, procedures, commensurate with the need of company.
(5) Compliances with all statutory matters of accounts and finance such as Income-Tax, GST etc.
(6) Dealing with banks and financial institution for the day to day matters besides providing all necessary support with the preparation of documents pertaining to all short-term and long-term credit facilities.
