QUALIFICATION - CA/CMA/MBA/B.Com
EXPERIENCE - 3 To 5 Years
LOCATION - Chennai
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
● Mail Room -Monitoring TAT and resolving issues.
● L2 Posting -Posting PO ,NON PO invoices in VIM & S4 HANA , removing block and Maintain TAT.
● Suspected Duplicate Role- Confirming and Non Confirming duplicate invoices in VIM.
● Vendor reconciliation- Getting SOA , Publishing dash board , Impact summary preparation & posting impact entry in books.
● VIM UAT- End to End test for entity creation & New Tax code cration.
● Audit Support- Providing samples and back up data and explaining control checks.
● Help desk- Handlining queries /Providing payment proof.
● Duplicate report check- Back up for dupliate check anlaysis on daliy basis and Monthly basis.
● MIS- Extracting the report and providing to India Team and preparing One pager.
● Adhoc request- GL support /providing MIS data.
● PO creation and Cooridantion for SRN,Payment- Job shell ,JOY& CO Validating and submitting for SRN & Payment.
