QUALIFICATION - CA/LLB
EXPERIENCE - 8 To 10 Years
LOCATION - Mumbai
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
1. Lead Litigation department for the company.
2. Ensure that all open litigations under GST, Excise, Service Tax and LBT are closed satisfactorily without resulting in tax demands, interest and penalties.
3. Assure timely engagement and submissions of information required during the course of audit, assessment, verification and routine inquiries.
4. Create an Eco- system to overview and control litigation life cycles which will also help to retrieve case files. Mainly, to document the litigation handling modalities and train the relevant users to follow the same.
5. To represent the Company before various authorities, prepare replies to SCNs, Appeals, stay applications etc. and to make representations before associations on the related matters.
6. Well-versed with the complete GST compliance model. Independent handle compliance for various states including ISD, JOBWORK.
7. Ensure regular tracking and circulation on judgments, circulars and notifications which are directly / indirectly related to open litigations/ company’s business and create a central repository for the same.

2. POST NAME - Assistant Manager Business Analysis & Field Support
QUALIFICATION - CA/MBA
EXPERIENCE - 1 To 8 Years
LOCATION - Mumbai
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
● Development and analysis of primary and secondary sales.
● Development & delivery of key MIS with direction and pointers which requires action / attention for HO and Field Managers.
● Prepare various business dashboard for the division.
● Support field team in resolving the issues which require resolution at HO.
● Manage various master sheets.
● Manage system and processes related to FFS, CR etc impacting the field team.
● Enable system and process improvement required for effective implementation.
● Support to HODs & Business Head for day to day functioning.
