LOCATION - Bangalore, Hyderabad
CTC - 4 To 7 LPA
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
1. Monitoring implementation / delivery of the agreed audit plan for all branches across PAN India.
2. The Audit scope includes inventory management, asset verification, cash audits, any other type of audit allotted by senior management.
3. Verify vouchers as per relevant SOP and ensure timely entries of the same.
4. Supervising and mentoring members of the Audit team and giving direction, reviewing output for timely preparation and release of comprehensive audit reports to ensure high quality and compliance with Internal Audit standards set by the Senior Management and Regulators as appropriate.
5. Train and develop Audit Team for risk assessment (including defining risk assessment methodology) & control evaluation and providing suggestions / recommendations to mitigate control weaknesses in the areas audited
6. Finalizing the audit report with quality recommendations for mitigating risk, controlling cost, plugging revenue leakage and enhancing operational efficiency / performance of the Areas audited.
7. Responsible for compliance follow up for rectification of audit findings and implementation of audit recommendations and timely closure of audit reports.
8. Develop an effective communication and meet/discuss with Local / Regional / Zonal Heads of related Functions to understand their needs / requirements; identify a proactive approach to risk assessment and build into audit plans.
9. Demonstrate strong leadership and effectively manage Retail Asset Audit Team across Pan India.
10. Conducting Audits as and when the need arises and requested by Senior Management for suspected fraud / customer complaint.
11. The job involves travel across all branches across Pan India.
