JOB DESCRIPTION :-
1. To produce regular information on which the management team of a business can take decisions.
2. To produce predictive MIS in order that forward looking decisions can be made based on more than historic data.
3. To produce such accurate data that can be collated by the accounts or finance departments for inclusion into a monthly report.
4. Preparation of Monthly & Daily MISDebtors ageing Analysis.
5. Pending Orders.
6. Bag Damage Report (during Packing Dispatch).
7. Quality wise Report- Silo Stock.
8. Receive Issue Report.
9. Loading Bag Details - Daily.
10. Control of non-confirming products - Monthly.
11. Monthly Stores consumption.
12. Location wise freight details.
13. Net realization - Month-grade/customer wise.
14. Event Report Form - Process plant tripped etc.
15. Packing Jumbo Bag.
16. Packing Labor Incentive & performance report.
17. Record matrix.
18. Shift Log Book- Packing detail.
19. Shift Log Book - Dispatch.
20. Material returned report.
