POST NAME - Assistant Manager/Manager (Accounts)
QUALIFICATION - CA/CMA/MBA (Finance)
EXPERIENCE - 3 To 7 Years
LOCATION - Ahmedabad
JOB DESCRIPTION :-
1. Develop, implement and maintain an effective planning and analysis system which will provide senior leadership with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance of the Company's portfolio of businesses.
2. Regularly communicate with business unit and maintain company consolidated financial and operational performance trends, historical and forecast, using appropriate metrics and suggest trends, resulting implications, key actions, and strategic implications.
3. Participate as a key person of finance team and help to management in decision making, identifying finance priorities, managing directly and indirectly - finance staff in multiple locations.
4. Prepare & design efficient reports & database on various financial & business data of company, coordinate with various departments and compile all financial data and prepare final financial reports to provide analytical support to senior leadership team.
5. Influence the accuracy and effectiveness of the corporate accounting consolidation and closing process.
6. Develop and execute processes to allow for routine analytical reviews of company financial and operational performance, leveraging business unit analytical resources and tools.
7. Support the strategic aspects of the annual operating plan and budget process for the company.
8. Prepare presentations in support of board meetings, monthly/quarterly senior leadership meetings and various strategic committees of the company.
9. Coordinate capital review meetings, pre-review vetting process and all aspects of formal capital appropriation request (CAR) documentation.
10. Partner with accounting, treasury, tax as appropriate.
