Job Description :-
- Understanding of Internal Audit plan approved by Internal Audit committee.
- Understand business process, performing assurance and consulting activities to evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Governance, Risk Management and control process (GRC) in accordance with annual audit plan.
- Assisting Internal Audit Manager while conducting risk assessment.
- Preparing periodical blind spot analysis and supporting IA Manager during Audit plan preparation.
- Developing risk based audit program.
- Execute internal audits covering all functional process and locations audit.
- Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document process.
- Control evaluation for various processes and sub-processes.
- Timely completion of audits as per annual audit plan.
- Good amount of time spend on big data analysis and exception reporting.
- Conducting special audit, fraud investigations.
- Documentation management.
- Focus on tracking and implementation of audit observations.
- Traveling to Regional offices, Filling Plants and Terminals for conducting various types of audit.
