EXPERIENCE - 2 To 7 Years

JOB DESCRIPTION :-
1. Arranging maintenance of master data in SAP relating to Cost Center, Work Center, Activity rates, cost run cycle, Period end Activity, etc.
2. Planning and collecting data to determine costs at product / work center / unit level.
3. Compilation & maintenance of activity rates on SAP platform Update & analyze standard costs in the bill of materials (BOM) and compare with actual to report variances with their causes.
4. Analyzing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
5. Profit analysis and report on margins by product and division and also compilation of SGA.
6. Recording & analyzing cost information for cost reduction / controlling purposes
Providing support to the Plant head Controller in building an Annual Budget Plan based on market forecasting for budgetary control.
7. Preparation & analysis of Cost Reports by product and division from SAP data base.
8. Make administrative/Statistical reports based on tasks assigned Review of standard and actual costs for inaccuracies/variances & their causes.
9. Data support for Cost Reduction / control projects & tracking of deviations from target.
10. Interaction from cross functional team relating to over / under consumption of material and also over / under utilization of production machines.
11. Arranging the maintenance of Statutory Cost Records, Cost Audit.
12. Coordinate physical inventory counts & hands experience in inventory management.
